I got my new pay stub today, and on Friday, I will reach $20,000 of savings for the first time in my life (how sad is that ?).

That’s 16.8% of my Downpayment goal + 67.5% of my emergency fund goal. Still a long way to go !
I realize it’s not much, especially since it does include my emergency fund, but still, seeing it feels awesome.
